“Red Bin Zone”
For the rubbish. Covered and clearly marked. Our guests are admirably sustainability-minded and separate their rubbish diligently.
Wellness area
With sauna, infrared booth, experience shower, relaxation area and access to the outdoors. A bathrobe, shower towel and instructions are available on-site. Exclusiv and private. 30 € for 2 hours.
Car park
There is ample parking in front of Building 1 and Building 2.
Lounge lawn and sunbathing spot
Quite a fine lawn with deck chairs and a hammock for you, along with a wide, unmowed swath of meadow for butterflies, bumblebees, bees and hoverflies.
Ski storage room in the winter = bike storage in the summer. Heated. And above all: secure!
Game and reading room
For rainy days, lazy afternoons and children whom, along with your husband, you might want to get rid of for a few hours.
It has a couch for lounging about, reading material, board and card games like in the old days, a football table and a self-service refrigerator with drinks.
Heating
It’s the jewel in our crown, at least in times like these. The cosy heat from the floor and radiators comes from our biomass heating plant, which supplies a total of seven buildings in the district. The required wood chips are produced in the Seniors’ nearby sawmill.
